本土綜藝天王吳宗憲投資LED（阿爾發光子科技公司），涉嫌跟上櫃公司製造假交易，掏空3千多萬，台北地方法院27日審理依證交法等罪嫌，判他有期徒刑1年6個月，緩刑3年，併科罰金300萬。
吳宗憲投資LED遭傳虧損連連，且利用假交易，與聯明行動科技董座許豐揚勾結，掏空聯明3250萬元資產，去年被依《證券交易法》業務侵占等罪起訴，也數次遭到傳喚，27日一審宣判緩刑。
